Found this site on the web which offers free hosting without any ads. Simply post on their forum regularly monthly. Pretty good deal to spread out your sites IP address.

One side note is that it's best to use their host for your small site which you can do backup just one time, so in case they decide to stop your hosting, you can just use the back up and move on. Worth the trial I supposed.
