cambodia employee, where to find?

Wonder how can a company find an employee in Cambodia? Let's say without paying any cent.

In other words, how can a company find employee without paying heavy sum to put ads on Newspaper and radio?

Any recommendation?

Anyway, in Cambodia right now, are students mostly work part time? or they only work when they graduated from University?

Some of the cambodian companies make an announcement on the leaflet or small banner stick on their company's gate or they can post the free job announcement on the website like.

Some other will ask their own employees for their friends who can be available.

Most of graduated cambodian students are unemployed. there are thousands student graduate every year but only few percent of them can get a job. It's hard to find a job for cambodian students now.

I'm lucky that i'm one of the few percent:)

Actually, CambodiaXP is looking for news reporters about entertainment industry in Cambodia, So if you happen to know anyone with English as good as you, please recommend it to me. The job will mostly related to entertainment industry.
