I've heard good thing about Joomla... But not very sure of the technical and functional aspect of it.
But from the outside look, I've seen with Singachea.net 's site, it seems Jommla system seems to give a good response time (i.e. load pretty fast) compare to other CMS system such as Nuke..
I dont think if Php Nuke is a good choice! (just my 2 cents )

I don't know about other CMSs besides php-Nuke and Joomla. I used to try nuke for a while, but I gave up since i didn't like the way it was designed.
For joomla, i think it's pretty good and very flexible. Even though php-nuke comes with phpBB, i think it eventually can't compete with Joomla in the future.
In joomla, you can control the contents very efficient. For plug-ins, you even install and uninstall in 10 seconds only. There are a lot of extensions for Joomla; e.g. I just installed the calendar and gallery for my web.
There are many languages available except our language.
Hearing is not like seeing, try it and you will know how powerful it is.
Moreover, the newest version of php-nuke costs 10 usd while Joomla is totally free.

Yes, I see the new calender on your site and it looks very fine ..
10US$ for php Nuke? I won't spend for that since there's so many freeware available.

You spend $10 for the newest version only. Well, phpnuke is free of charge too. You can download it from phpnuke.org.
i am using phpnuke on my site. i'm gnna send Khmer language to phpnuke when my translation completed 100%.

I have tinkered with a lot of different CMSes. It really depends on what I am trying to do. I have had good luck with forum sites and using something like MKPortal for a front end, but probably my favorite CMS right now is wordpress. Sure it is a blogger software but it is amazingly flexible and has a ton of easily installed modules.

Yes, e107 was very impressive. Right now though, I am using PHP-Fusion, which was even better than e107 IMHO.
