There are two students, Tom and Bob. Tom is a genius and most of time he gets full mark, but Bob, Tom's friend, is a very lazy student who frequently fails the exam.

On the Java Programming Examination day, Tom wrote a very detail answer and he took nearly 2 hours, but Bob wrote in 5 minutes as below:

As a result, Bob gets the same score as Tom; why?
