Hi everyone,

anybody know about Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, Skype, ICQ wich one consume internet bandwidth the most.

good point. Are you on a Limited ISP account? Why not get an unlimited usage?

to answer your question: it's all depend on how much you use. For instace, if you just use to type simple text, they all consume the same badwidth. However, if you use it to send large photo or on phone (skype), most likely it's goning to cost you more.

That was the logical explanation and i do not have any emphirical study to support that but hey Use MSN, it seems the most bandwidth efficient for me.

I got problems when my friends use skype to call then the internet connection become slow and my MSN and YM become very slow too and sometimes it's automatic signout.

what type of connection are you on? Most likely, the skype has used most of the bandwidth as it is a voice transfer (large size).
Your msn is signout automatically probably because it's time out.

Most likely you can change your ISP plan.

I heard there's wimax in Cambodia? It seems a pretty good service. Probably that will fix the problem?

Internet Service in cambodia are slow and expensive too.. Very Happy

talking about ISP in cambodia, any idea how much is the unlimited plan for Sihanouk Ville?
