Regular links with reciprocal free


Who can tell me what is the different between this two sentence. It is when you submit link in a directroy it will ask you to choose. I don't see any different with those two link. can anyone explain me the different? i am kinda not smart at all about this stuff.

regular links free > free to submit your link
regular link with reciprocal free > you give link back to him and get a free link back.

Either one will do. And by the way, it doesn't mean someone's smart that he understand the thing mate. It is just a matter of getting used to it and i'm glad you ask.
