Flash sites always look nice but it's not easy to rank high in SE with them

Neat ..lots of info..small space...

Good color scheme....

Loads quickly ... only suggestion would be to dynamically load part of the banner (eg the clock) to speed its initial loading rather than using a preloader...a dial up user may be put off by it. (100k = 20 seconds @ 56kbs)...I did it for one of my front pages and does give a better more immedeate feel .
