Which OS do you prefer?

Hi All,

I was curious to know, which OS(Operating System) do you'll prefer?
Is it Windows, Linux, unix, solris or any other (don't tell me Novell).
Please mention the reasons to support your answer.

P.S: I read a rumor on the internet, Google Inc. is developing an OS too Smile

Actually I don't care the OS i use, and as long as I can handle my daily jobs, it would be great for me. Somehow, I used Windows because of other application softwares.

i use mepis.. www.mepis.org . you never heard of its name.. right? i bet a window user can learn it with in 2 days..

I'm using win xp because it's the most widely used so i can exchange data easliy between be and my friends with no worry about file system compatibility

I am using WIndows 98 at the moment because I got problems installing XP after formatting. But for me Windows XP is much more compatible with any driver and also games. At th esame time I like its plug in features.
