One popular traffic exchange is autosurfing. You will join the program and run the site rotation using your browser. But this is not an effective form of advertisement since you can l just leave your browser running without viewing the sites in the rotation. One better alternative is the manual surfing where you have to type in some keys and view the sites before you proceed to the succeeding sites.

do not use auto surf. It just a waste of Bandwidth. No real user will ever interest to view your site.

never with manual surf too - it's against adsense tos and you won't get targeted traffic too

I agree with both of them...

against adsense tos...
visitors won't click anything..

instead of wasting time "autosurfing", just add unique content to your site, add a blog or something... the search engines will love it Smile
