Now that Flash can upload with the fileReference class, you can actually make email forms that send attachments with the help of PHP. I have a couple of examples of this working at http://www.flashattach.com -site is still under construction. Or you can download email forms without attachments at http://www.flashmailforms.com

I am not sure what you mean it didn't work out. Site is now running. Beta testing is over. I am still considering trading for PR links if someone doesn't want to pay the $10.00. Thanks
