hehe, just upload the .swf file to a web server.
Then use the Flash button at the top (first on the right) of the Message body row, below Subject.

The syntax that appears: [flash width=000 height=000 loop=(true|false)]swf's url[/flash]

1)So, all you need is to change the width and height of the flash movie you have accordingly Well, you can just guess the height and width of the flash movie, no need to be exact.

2)Choose either:
loop=false
means only play the flash movie once, and it's the one I choose.
else if you select loop=true
means the flash movie will be played continuously

3)Then enter the url where to link to your flash file that you've uploaded to.

4) Then remember to end the with [/flash]

You may use the free server and use the URL to be displayed in the forum.

Alternatively, You may also used http://www.cambodiaxp.com/contribute-flash.php to submit flash movie and flash experiment.
