Hi every Web master, if I want to have such a beautiful site and host in for free at httt://100mb.com(for example), what should I do? Especially, how can you edit that phpbb forum page? can anyone help me?

If you need one free hosting page, do pm me, i can help to set it up one for you for free and you can host phpbb forum as well.
In your case, most likely you can set up the phpbb if the free host gives you mysql and php access.
