Erm having a technical guess..

.dual core is one processor with effectively two processors in the same package .

Dual processor two separate processors on the one motherboard.

Similar idea in both cases of parallel task handling to speed things up but the dual core may have the edge on speed due to being on the same substrate but will also generate more heat...cook the intel way Very Happy

end of guess but sounds convincing

Hmmm....after reading that seems like I made a good guess...I like to have a quiz with myself Very Happy

So maybe I can pat myself on the back and give myself a prize

Or should I take more medicine?
