Well, it is not hard at all, My website is not a proffessional site. all I put in website is 100% stuff from third party like Classifieds, Guest book, forum. and I don't really know much about the design, if you visit my site, you will spot a lot of thing not good, like my forum, not really pro. if you want to do the banner exchange with me I can do it for you, ask me the specific question so I can answer straight to you.

Actually i don't think people (including me) will look for advertising solutions that aren't famous because of the credit card fraud and scams around the internet so it's just easy to stick to the usuals
