I am shopping for a shopping cart for my new ecommerce pharmacy .I am looking for parchase it from nextagecart cam because of all those cool features,anyone have been using them?.how good is the support?service?.I look to you guys responses

I have yet tried any of online shopping cart. But I think as long as the site has been online long enough with good recommendation, the site should be able to help you all the way.
Else, you can try osCommerce for a free version of online shopping cart.

I would personally get one off of hotscripts regardless. They have some really great stuff and tutorials as well. I am still learning php of course.

david, Ya, hotscript has lots of good stuff. However, beware that somes of the stuff there have pretty lots of loop hole. So if you intent to make use of the scripts to handle any $$, I think it's better to use commercial software or any well known software.
