|
|
I was a freak for the last ten years. I used Pegasus Mail since 1994 until 2005. People always made fun of me for using it, but I got comfortable with it a long time ago, and for me it did what I needed to do compared to other packages that did not work right or were bloated.
Finally because of my love of Firefox I moved over to Thunderbird. I got to thinking about it this morning because I was trying to do something and ended up finding an extension to make things easier for me.
My question is what E-mail program do you use to conduct your regular business?
There was a period of time where 90% of my mail was done on the web. I had a single domain and a single account and a great web mail interface. However, when I moved last year I had to change.

For work I use Outlook Express - probably same reason - you get used to it and don't think about another option. For personal use it's web-based Gmail for most of my needs. I've tried others, but I like Gmail the best - for now.

I really like the webmail programs offered.
AOL is really raising the bar though, offereing free domains for their mail clients. Very interesting to me.
Their webmail is also very easy to use and I really like the set up, very clean.
Outlook-Express is what I used to use. Would really like to find a new program similar so I can have all my email addresses into one program. What is Thunderbird?
