GIMP

Has anyone else here used Gimp. I used it for a while exclusively before I got a copy of Photoshop. I still use it for some things that it does better than Photoshop. Just wondering if anyone else uses this program on a regular basis?

Well haven't used it yet, but it seems to be the best free graphics program around though! Can you show us what you have made with it? I'd be interested in seeing some of your work with GIMP

Hmm.. Let me dig around and see what I can find. I don't even remember what I made with GIMP and what I made with PS. I will have to look in my save files and then see what I have.. But I will post some up soon!

Not really. I have done some very similar things in both. I just need to look at the raw files, ie PSD and whatever Gimp outputs to... I usually convert to jpeg or gif and that alone I don't know which one I made it in. It has been a few months since I did any graphics work, so my memory is fuzzy. Smile
