guys, What do you think a daily job for webmaster is like? Even though i'm from an IT line, I am not a full time webmaster. I would really like to hear those from full time webmaster. How's your life like? Is it a stressful job? Lots of complaint from web users? Do you think it's worth to be a webmaster?

Since the only webmastering I have ever done has been when I worked for myself, I can say that having a mean boss like me is a pain! So demanding, always standing over my shoulder with a whip. I have employeed some webmasters in the past, and honestly, if that was your only job and you were talented at it, I imagine it could be a pretty good gig.
If you can translate what your bosses want and have it show up on the screen then I imagine they leave you alone for the most part. Obviously this would differ by organization, but finding someone who can accurately translate ideas and visions to the screen is not always easy. That is why I end up doing so much of my own work.

ya, that was what I'm thinking: most of the time i do all the work myself when it comes to developing new sites as it's pretty hard to get someone to translate what was in our head into the exact product we want.
