I like courier - the one that looks like an old typewriter. I also like verdana (spelling?) - arial is pretty similar to that. Comic Sans MS can be neat at times, but it has to be used in the right situation. At least that's what I think.
Sometimes I think it's best to stick to Times New Roman because I learned that the less "hooks" a font has, like Arial, the faster your eyes will get tired. But I suppose if a site is mostly images than it doesn't really matter.

I like EngraversGothic, Park Avenue and Autum.
Since I do a lot of graphic design and page layout I use a lot of different fonts - but those are favorites of mine.

Font really can be artwork in graphic design - there are so many creative looks that accent a project. The number of available fonts is stagering.

I have started digging up a lot of unique fonts for different projects. One I like for normal basic work on one of my sites is Georgia. It is nothing special, but it does stand out a bit.

I personally like to mess around with a few of the fancy, old-fashioned cursive style ones, but I find Times New Roman to be the most practical. Ariel is great if you want to fill up a page though. It takes up the most room of any readable font.
