I don't mean that we take the whole template. We just get some part to add on our layout. So, it doesn't violate their work.

I think web work are mostly derivative work i.e. one copy from another with a twist. It doesn't matter at all
Don't tell me you can create some cool website without any inspiration from other, singachea hehe

Good point Khemer. For me, normally I just usually use the free templates or just steal other CSSs.

How about buying sites already up and running and designed? I have been thinking about getting into buying sites and then working on improving them. Has anyone else here done any work like that in the past?

I wonder if that would be any use really, the site will always have to be customised and webistes are never a static product.
