What about a new forum for user feedback such as suggestions, questions and other support posts?
And which forum is best for newbie introductions?

thats a good idea, i've been to lots of forum and most have an intro section for everyone to intro themselves.
ok lets start with you first, give us a brief intro about yourself. this can be moved into the intro section if the admin decide to have an intro section

These do seem to be very nice forums. Thank you for setting them up. I hope we do not have to come from Cambodia to participate. I have found a lot of useful information just browsing around.

I really like this forum myself. I find it really informative, and I've already learned a lot. I also think everyone is really nice, and I think that is important. I think if a person doesn't feel welcome, they won't stay on a forum long.

 Hee... your sweet words will make the admins and members fly to the sky since there is a good friend like you. Am I correct Guitaman?
However, I believe that admins will be more happy if you can provide some feedbacks so that they can improve this site for the long run in the future.

I don't know if this is the rigth place to post, but there is a small permissions problem. When I try to upload an avatar, I get:
